Carlisle, PA – BitLeap®, a new entrant in Gartner’s 2007 Online Server Backup Services Report for its local and offsite data backup services, is introducing a message level e-mail data retention and backup product, which is completely integrated with its local and offsite backup service.
Breakdown of new e-mail archiving product major features:
BitLeap’s new system allows for direct connection to the Exchange or GroupWise server and to capture all the e-mail messages, on a message-level basis, as they come and go. The solution is completely integrated with BitLeap’s existing local and offsite data backup services. Customers can easily control message-level data retention and backup settings from a single interface using BitLeap’s familiar online control panel.
The e-mail archiving solution is designed for a business of any size. Customers can add total message level data retention for their e-mail system for $1 per mailbox per month plus storage, yet the interface is designed to handle customers with thousands of mailboxes.
