Magnify.net Launches Self-Serve Content Delivery Network

Magnify.net announced a new Self-Serve content delivery network (CDN) that provides its customers with unlimited file storage to delivers content to their Magnify site or their personal site with an embedded player.

Magnify.net’s Self-Serve CDN helps fill the middle market space for small to mid-sized clients and is ideal for brands serving company content that seek a central place to upload videos with control options for advertising and delivery. Users have several pricing options available that offer varying levels of control for ads and content. Content uploaded through Magnify.net’s CDN can easily plug into the Magnify embeddable player or any Magnify channel.

Magnify has always built on its own CDN, but was previously offered with a maximum of 50MB. The new Self-Serve CDN service is designed for users who have large file or upload files in large quantity.

““Brands and websites are increasingly delivering video content to their customers, and by offering a simple one-stop site that provides flexibility and control, we’re helping those companies deliver their content in a clean, simple manner,” said Steve Rosenbaum, CEO of Magnify.net.”

The release of Magnify.net’s Self-Serve CDN is one part of the company’s continued expansion of its video networks features. In the past six months Magnify has released the VidyUp upload widget for YouTube, web-cam features, custom options for video networks, and more.
