Mezeo Software Appoints IT Hosting Industry Veteran Gray Hall Chairman of Board of Directors, Unveils Cloud Storage Solutions for IT Service Providers

Mezeo to set the standard for cloud storage platform software for IT service providers deploying cloud storage solutions

HOUSTON, March 3 /PRNewswire/ — Mezeo Software Corp., a Houston-based software developer of the leading deployable platform for cloud storage, today announced that Gray Hall has joined its board of directors as chairman of the board. Hall is a veteran of the hosting industry, having co-founded VeriCenter, Inc. in 1999 and serving as its president and CEO until its sale to SunGard Data Systems in 2007. During that period, VeriCenter achieved 28 consecutive quarters of growth to $80 million in annual hosting revenue. Most recently, Gray was Executive-in-Residence at Fidelity Equity Partners, a $500 million middle-market buyout fund backed by Fidelity Investments.
