For $49.95 per month, Law Firm Technical Care supports a law firm with three hours a month of secure remote installation, diagnostic and repair services for servers, desktop computers, laptops, networking devices, printers, PDAs and other hardware. Software support includes installation, set-up, configuration and troubleshooting of operating systems, MS Office, Adobe®, Quicken® and other widely used software programs.

Law Office Technical Care offers backup, storage and recovery of up to 5GB of data. Once the user configures the free backup software, backup and file compression are automatic over the internet using secure 128-bit SSL Encryption or a 256-bit AES Encryption Key, the same type used by the U.S military.
