Promark to distribute eTegrity data backup and recovery services to its channel of VAR’s and System Integrators

PARSIPPANY, N.J. July 29, 2010 — (BUSINESS WIRE) — eTegrity Systems International, Inc., a leading channel provider of online data backup and recovery services, today announced a strategic distribution agreement with Promark Technology, one of the country’s premier value added distributors focusing on data storage products and solutions. Under the agreement, Promark will offer eTegrity services to its VAR and system integrator reseller channel across the United States.
