New Online File Service BlueCloud Launches

Clarksburg, WV, August 28, 2011 –/– West Virginia’s first and only cloud computing company, Mountain Fog, Inc. is proud to announce the immediate availability of BlueCloud, an online file storage and backup service.

BlueCloud is a “cloud” based service meaning that your files, whether they be your digital pictures, music, documents, or other important files, are safely stored on a redundant system to prevent loss and ensure safe-keeping. With its web-based interface, BlueCloud is available from any computer or mobile device using only your favorite web browser. A desktop application for Microsoft Windows is also available and it provides automatic encryption of files uploaded to BlueCloud. An Android application for accessing BlueCloud will be available soon.

To assist with moving your important files to BlueCloud, the Mountain Fog staff will perform the uploading for you if provided with a USB flash drive containing your files. See for more information on managed uploads.

For a limited time, new users of BlueCloud will receive 5 gigabytes of storage free for 3 months.

Headquartered in Fairmont, WV, Mountain Fog provides cloud storage, development, and consulting services.
