Storage Services Company Experiences Strong Growth in All Key Verticals, Including Manufacturing, Engineering, Legal and Education

The amount of data that Nasuni protects for its customers in terabyte increments also grew by more than 130% and much of this growth was driven by the existing customer base.
Customer growth was strong across all of Nasuni’s key vertical markets, including manufacturing, architecture, engineering, construction, legal and education. In addition, a significant number of existing customers expanded their use of Nasuni by adding more virtual appliances to support remote offices or in-field consulting groups.
Nasuni’s market traction reflects the serious challenges posed by accelerating data growth to enterprise IT. According to a Gartner press release regarding a November 2010 report on 2011 data center trends, “Data growth is the biggest data center hardware infrastructure challenge for large enterprises.”
