The Company realizes that being part of a larger entity with an established brand, channels and customers is the most logical and efficient path to scaling the Tilana platform. In addition, time to market is critical and the market is now primed for the Tilana file-sharing, synchronization and storage solution set. Accordingly, the Company has engaged SASI to advise them in discussions with strategic acquirers. The Company intends to conduct discussions with interested parties who can effectively leverage the Company’s products, technology and management team.
