US-based RTGX to address endpoint data protection compliance and security requirements by offering Datacastle RED to government and commercial clients

Seattle, WA & Baltimore, MD – Feb 21, 2012 –/BackupReview.info/– Datacastle, a market leader for endpoint data protection for the mobile workforce, announced today that it has partnered with Baltimore, Maryland-based IT services provider RTGX to augment RTGX’s Cyber Security services. The new service will provide comprehensive laptop and desktop data breach mitigation, backup, recovery and data protection for government and commercial clients to comply with strict data protection regulations.

“Our clients are in the intelligence community, federal, state, and local government as well as the commercial sector. They are all experiencing great challenges keeping data safe on endpoints while not impacting employee productivity or their networks,“ said Armando Seay, Founder and Executive Vice President of RTGX. “We wanted to partner with a company that offered an integrated endpoint data protection solution while meeting our clients’ unique security and operational needs.”

Datacastle RED is a single agent, policy-driven solution offering automatic online endpoint backup and recovery, AES encryption for data at rest, port access control, remote data deletion and device trace.

“We are very excited to be partnering with RTGX to support their government and commercial sector clients,” said Ron Faith, CEO of Datacastle. “RTGX has excellent and deep expertise in Cyber Security and we feel Datacastle RED’s strengths in secure, friction-free end users experience, and not impacting network performance is the perfect addition to RTGX’s services portfolio.”
