Matthew and the Code 42 team have built a great company and a great product that delivers real value to a large and enthusiastic customer base,” said Bowman. “The company is growing rapidly and I look forward to helping them build on the significant and growing number of enterprise customers already using CrashPlan well into the future.”
Bowman currently serves on the board of various private companies, including Atlassian (software-development solutions), Nimble Storage, Coverity (software integrity), Datameer (Hadoop solutions), Delphix (database virtualization) and PanoLogic (desktop virtualization).
