PORT CHESTER, NY, Jul 09, 2012 — / — MiMedia, provider of a cloud-based personal media platform, announced today that it has significantly expanded the functionality of its (m:) Drive making it even easier to add files to MiMedia and access them from anywhere. MiMedia now offers consumers the convenience of set it and forget it automatic backup, plus a cloud drive which can be accessed right from their desktop or MiMedia Online.

“Adding a universally accessible cloud drive to MiMedia adds tremendous utility to our service for consumers,” said Erik Zamkoff, CEO of MiMedia. “Now consumers can setup an automatic backup to complete the upload of their existing media, while at the same time have the convenience of a fully integrated cloud drive available locally on their desktop and via the web. Then regardless of upload method, consumers can enjoy an unparalleled access experience when they login to MiMedia Online.”
