Collaboration aims to provide AVG CloudCare™ with additional data protection services for small business

AMSTERDAM & SAN FRANCISCO – Apr. 15, 2013 — / – AVG Technologies N.V. (NYSE: AVG), the provider of Internet and mobile security, privacy and optimization to 146 million active users, today announced a strategic agreement with online data protection specialist Infrascale.

Under the agreement, AVG and Infrascale will work together to produce additional security-related opportunities benefiting SMBs and drive widespread adoption of the AVG CloudCare™ small business IT management platform.
