Nautilus Strengthens its Cloud Strategy with Comcast Business Ethernet

Multi-site Ethernet Network Service and 1 Gbps Ethernet Internet access enable global fitness products company to adopt cloud services and improve disaster recovery processes

PORTLAND, OR – Mar 19, 2014 — /BackupReview.info/ — Comcast Business today announced that Nautilus, Inc., a global fitness products company, is using Comcast Ethernet Services to help move its major business operations into the cloud to help simplify their network and increase efficiency.

By switching to Comcast Business, the company was able to get additional bandwidth while achieving monthly cost savings. The company’s backup and disaster recovery processes were especially well-served by moving to the cloud. Furthermore, in the event of a disaster, the company can recover critical sales histories, customer data and sales campaign information, getting back up and running quickly. The company’s IT staff also has benefitted, no longer being constrained by having to schedule backups during nonpeak hours in order to avoid network congestion.
