AUCKLAND, NZ – 21 March 2014 — /BackupReview.info/ — Plan B Limited has reached agreement with the shareholders of Auckland-based private cloud backup and recovery provider Disaster Recovery Group (DRG) to acquire the business and assets of the company effective 1 April 2014.

It will be business as usual for DRG’s customers with all DRG staff being offered contracts by Plan B.

The acquisition is a complementary bolt-on to Plan B’s existing private cloud backup and replication business and is part of a wider acquisition strategy following a period of significant growth in the cloud services business over the past few years.
