Program Expands Upon Commitment to Partners; More Than 1,000 Partners Sign Up in First Month

(Nasdaq: CARB), a leading provider of hybrid backup and recovery solutions for businesses, has launched a new Partner Referral Program to create more revenue opportunities for its channel partners. The partner-centric program highlights Carbonite’s commitment to the channel by providing partners with the tools they need to bring in new clients and sustain relationships with existing ones. More than 1,000 Carbonite partners enrolled within the first month, a testament to the commitment the company is making to its channel partners.
Under Carbonite’s new referral program, partners easily create landing pages that make it simple for their customer to purchase Carbonite’s solutions. From the co-branded landing pages, customers purchase Carbonite, and are then transferred to the partner. Partners receive a commission equivalent to their Carbonite partner discount.

In addition to having greater control leading up to the sale, partners maintain control after the sale. Partners handle future plan renewals and any follow-up, which helps grow their client relationships further. The program has also allowed partners to bring in new customers and reengage past clients.
