StorageCraft’s Petriello, Shafer Named to CRN’s Women of the Channel List

DRAPER, Utah – June 19, 2014 — /BackupReview.info/ — For the second year in a row, StorageCraft® Technology Corporation placed two of its executives on the prestigious CRN Women of the Channel list. Nicole Petriello and Laura Shafer are among 340 women on CRN’s annual list, which highlights the accomplishments of female executives within vendor, distribution and solution provider organizations, and the impact they are having on the advancement of the IT channel industry as a whole. In addition, Shafer was named a member of the CRN Power 100.

This year’s Women of the Channel list honored women who were chosen by the editors of CRN based on their achievements as executives and the amount of influence they wield over the technology channel. The Power 100 is a subset of the Women of the Channel list that honors the executives whose achievements the editors deemed exceptional.

Petriello, who serves as director of distribution and channel programs, and Shafer, the director of product marketing, played instrumental roles the past year at StorageCraft as the company strengthened its position as a leading provider of best-in-class backup, disaster recovery, system migration and data protection solutions for servers, desktops and laptops. StorageCraft’s success is exemplified by last month’s groundbreaking for a new corporate headquarters and an announcement that the company will be adding more than 200 employees.

Petriello is a member of the Women of the Channel list for the third-consecutive year. Shafer, who is located at the company’s corporate headquarters in Draper, Utah, has been in the IT channel for 12 years, with the last nine at StorageCraft.
