Flash Storage Solutions Executives Lead Discussions on the Impact Storage Innovations Have on Virtualized Environments; Customers Share Real-world Experiences with Nimble’s Converged Infrastructure

SAN JOSE, CA – Aug 20, 2014 — /BackupReview.info/ — Nimble Storage (NYSE: NMBL), the flash storage solutions company, today announced that it will drive industry discussions and exhibit at the VMworld Conference taking place August 24-28, 2014 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, Calif. Nimble will showcase its portfolio of storage solutions that leverage its Adaptive Flash platform and how it can be leveraged in virtualized environments at booth #1521. In addition, Nimble, along with four of its customers, will lead industry discussions on topics ranging from converged infrastructure to the impact storage innovations have on virtualized environments.

Nimble Storage has developed a flash storage architecture that is engineered to provide organizations with the highest levels of performance efficiently. Along with integrated data protection and predictive support, enterprise customers can deploy confidently and seamlessly scale their storage infrastructure as their business grows. The company’s flash storage solutions are based on its patented Cache Accelerated Sequential Layout (CASL™) storage architecture that leverages fast read performance of flash and the cost-effective capacity of hard disk drives, and Nimble InfoSight, an automated cloud-based management and support system that maintains storage system peak health.

When visiting the Nimble Storage booth (#1521) conference goers can get first hand access to Nimble’s flash storage solutions and insight into its role in making end-user computing (VDI), data protection, virtualized business critical applications, and databases more efficient. In addition, Nimble will provide in-depth tutorials on InfoSight and its converged infrastructure solution, SmartStack, as well as a technical preview of its integration with Virtual Volumes (VVols).

VMworld conference-goers can learn more about Nimble’s Adaptive Flash platform from technology experts and end users by attending the following sessions:
