Sessions on Sales, Security and Customer Satisfaction Planned

DOWNERS GROVE, ILL – October 16, 2014 — /BackupReview.info/ — CompTIA, the IT industry association, announced today it will deliver four comprehensive training sessions on cloud topics at the NextGen Cloud Conference & Expo in San Diego December 4-5.

The NexGen Cloud Conference & Expo, presented by The Channel Company, brings together solution provider and vendor executives to discuss how cloud computing is changing the way companies conduct business. IT channel companies can learn proven strategies to accelerate their cloud transformation and capitalize on business growth opportunities.

This session is intended for managers looking to build marketing materials and develop sales training to enable their field teams to capture revenue in this growing space. Managing Your Customers’ Clouds will focus on how solution providers can deliver top quality services to customers. Course participants will come away understanding how to carefully manage through the dynamics of this significant organizational shift. This session is set for Dec. 5. Also on Dec. 5 CompTIA will present a Quick Start Session to Tackling Cloud Security Concerns on the expo show floor. The session will cover a range of security-related topics, including:

·         How can you and your customers benefit from the advantages cloud offers while still managing the risk that it introduces?
