The Boston Business Journal and Mass High Tech Innovation All-Stars program pays tribute to Greater Boston’s most inventive and enterprising technology companies and entrepreneurs that are fueling the region’s economy, adding jobs, attracting VC funding and growth capital, and transforming every area of technology. Unitrends was named an Innovation All-Star in the “database/storage” category.

Unitrends has had a presence in Burlington, Massachusetts since 2010, but decided to make the city its corporate headquarters this past July because of the region’s abundant business opportunities and highly skilled talent. On Oct. 21, winners of this year’s South Carolina’s Fastest-Growing Companies competition were announced. An annual ranking of the Palmetto State’s 25 most dynamic and successful companies, the competition recognizes the achievements of top-performing private and publicly-owned companies that have contributed to South Carolina’s economy through remarkable increases in revenues and employment.
