The IT/fiscal management expert launched DTS as an evolving, solutions-based company whose core competency has shifted from computer network management to private cloud hosting

NEW YORK, NY – January 21, 2015 — /BackupReview.info/ — A longtime industry leader and expert on business workflow analysis, information technology (IT) and financial management, Clayton Hart – Managing Partner of Diverse Technology Solutions, Inc., which he founded in 1998 – is finally ready to reveal something fascinating about himself that 99 percent of the clients he has worked with over the years don’t know about him.

When he’s not developing new strategic marketing techniques to grow his company, speaking at conferences across North America on the financial benefits of cloud hosting (DTS’ core competency and focus since 2005) and interacting with the employees who manage its current clientele of 650 U.S. and global companies, Hart is mastering his groove in a whole different way. On weekends, you can often catch him behind the drum kit, playing Top 40 pop hits with longtime friends in Slingshot, a Long Island-based cover/wedding band.

Hart says, “It’s probably my success performing music on stage that made me a natural at public speaking. Ironically, when I attended St. John’s University I actually dropped out of oral communications! I’ve always been good at creating things. Maybe that’s why I ended up on this career path, because it gives me the ability to create anything I want and to improve that entity over and over again.”

At its core, DTS provides a full range of cloud based IT solutions, delivered by experienced IT professionals with a powerful foundation of customer service and support. The company engages clients in a wide variety of vertical market segments, including Financial Services, Legal Services, Healthcare, Insurance, Manufacturing, Nonprofit, Government, Transportation and Wholesale/Distribution.

Forecasting the need to evolve and thrive within the quickly changing technology landscape, Hart chose the name Diverse Technology Solutions, allowing the company to expand into multiple IT service markets, without having to rebrand.

DTS built its early reputation and a recurring income stream by engaging in long term managed network contracts to provide support for companies that desired to outsource some portion of their computer system maintenance. It was a lucrative business model that increased DTS’ financial stability with predictable income.

As the Internet evolved, and the processing and storing of information on the web became an acceptable tech platform for sharing data, Hart expanded DTS into cloud hosting services. He got into the “cloud game” early on, around 2005, originally hosting email and providing remote off site backup services. He then expanded the IT service offerings again into private cloud, virtual desktop and virtual server hosting.

DTS’ success over the years increasing Return on Investment (ROI) up to 70 percent for his virtual desktop and server clients has qualified Hart to deliver educational lectures to conferences attended by hundreds of C – level executives. At the recent American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Controllers conference in Las Vegas, he conducted a CPE accredited solution session, presenting on the fiscal challenges businesses face managing IT and the financial benefits of cloud hosting solutions. Among other topics, Hart reveals how to cut costs, improve efficiency, increase productivity and increase company profit using Information Technology.

Hart recently signed a publishing deal for a new book with world-renowned author and self-help expert Brian Tracy called Uncommon, set for release in May of 2015; he is also penning his next book, a full-length business development book scheduled for release in 2016.

Hart shares his IT insights as the author of a blog on the DTS website, providing education, advice, tools and resources to help business owners make better educated decisions on the appropriate direction of their IT and business practices. He has most recently been interviewed for the May 2014 edition of The Suit magazine, July 2014 edition of Long Island Business News discussing the strategic direction of the cloud computing industry, and is lending his New Years 2015 advice in an upcoming edition of Forbes magazine.
