Current CFO Appointed President and COO

HOUSTON, TX – July 08, 2015 — / — SoftNAS, the #1 Best-Selling NAS in the cloud, today announced it has named current CFO and industry entrepreneur Mike Goodwin as President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of SoftNAS LLC. Goodwin joined the company in 2013 with a successful track record of more than 24 years of finance, strategy, startup and operational expertise. He will continue as CFO while also providing leadership to the sales and marketing teams.

Goodwin has served in management roles for global enterprises including Accenture, Sprint and United Airlines. His experience includes strategy, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and operational improvements that led to the development and growth of businesses in the transportation, branded consumer goods, entertainment, healthcare, human resources, technology and non-profit industries.

Goodwin is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin and earned an MBA in finance and strategy from the University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business. He, his wife and two children reside in Houston.
