Continuum’s no-cost IT certification program is designed to help its MSP partners and their technicians to get up to speed quickly on Continuum’s products.

To earn the Backup Specialist certification, technicians are required to 1) watch the video modules, 2) complete the guided reviews and 3) pass the Continuum Backup Specialist exam with a minimum score of 80 percent. Continuum’s IT certification program includes four specialist certificates – Continuum Administration Specialist, Continuum RMM Specialist, Continuum Help Desk Activation Specialist and now Continuum Backup Specialist. All four certifications are required to become a Continuum Certified IT Expert.

Every technician who completes the required certifications and becomes a Continuum Certified IT Expert from December 1, 2015 – January 31, 2016 are automatically entered for a chance to win one of three tickets to Navigate 2016, taking place on Wednesday, September 28 – Friday, September 30, 2016 at the Seaport Hotel in Boston. Anyone who earns a new certification or who has earned a certification in the past and recertifies during this time is eligible. Continuum recommends certification on a yearly basis.
