ITS Announced as a Business Continuity Awards Finalist

BIRMINGHAM, UK – Mar. 31, 2016 — /BackupReview.info/ — IT Specialists (ITS), a nationwide managed IT services provider, is shortlisted for the Cloud-based Services category of CIR Magazine’s Business Continuity Awards 2016.

ITS has been selected as a finalist because of its fully managed disaster recovery as a service (DRaaS) platform, BlackVault Managed Recovery Platform. BlackVault enables clients to recover their data, applications and servers within their required time frames. ITS provides clients with service level agreements that specify these time frames, fulfilling a market need for a verifiable standard of service delivery.

BlackVault’s success with Lyco Direct, a specialist lighting firm, was instrumental in achieving the finalist status. After implementing the platform, Lyco reduced data recovery times from 4-8 hours to 1-2 hours.
