Company Appoints Veteran MSP Owner to Head MSP Ignition!

DENVER, CO – January 09, 2018 — / — eFolder, a global market leader in data protection solutions for the IT Channel, today announced launch of “MSP Ignition!”, an MSP best practices program covering the entire scope of an IT Service Provider’s business model. The series will be led by Tom Watson, eFolder Director of MSP Best Practices, who previously owned a Managed Service Provider business for 15 years; and will focus on bringing tools and resources to leaders within the MSP Community aimed at helping improve profitability and accelerate the sales efforts of their business.

“My vision, as a past founder of an MSP and now as CEO at eFolder was to bring in a seasoned member of the IT Community focused on providing resources to our partners in a way never seen in the MSP space.” said Matt Nachtrab, eFolder CEO. “Tom and others working on MSP Ignition! will demonstrate eFolder’s dedication to helping our partners grow their businesses.”

This program provides eFolder the opportunity to provide unique insight to Partners, and will include frequent webinars with guest speakers from the MSP world, ready to use operational tools, documents, reference materials and an online repository of these resources made available to our partners. Plans for 2018 include two main focuses; MSP Ignition! The Book, focused on how to develop and sell your managed services offerings with chapters released through our webinar series. Our second focus being monthly MSP sales training webinars providing MSP’s the sales techniques with an emphasis on adding new clients that are the right fit to drive profitability.
