Former Headspring and Simply Hired HR Executive to Lead Spanning’s Rapid Talent Growth Driven by Demand for SaaS Data Protection

Tate brings over 15 years of experience to the role and will lead Spanning’s strategic and operational HR activities to align them closely with the company’s innovative culture and future vision.

With past HR leadership positions at Simply Hired, Google and Accenture, Tate has successfully led projects to raise employee satisfaction and deliver innovative recruitment and onboarding practices. Her work has resulted in improved hiring efficiency and employee retention rates, and significant cost savings in HR processes. Tate also has global HR experience where, in a previous role, she worked to resolve international compliance challenges and facilitated a rapid overseas hiring plan that led directly to revenue increases.
