TSR received over 3,500 nominations on behalf of hundreds of women leaders. Leadership was assessed across a number of key areas, including integrity, intelligence, drive, company culture and company growth, among other areas.

Fellman’s more than 20 years of B2B marketing and business development experience spans the security, enterprise content management, business continuity and disaster recovery software markets. Previously, she held leadership positions in product management and marketing for Rimage Corporation and was a principal product director at Oracle Corporation.
