All corporate communications and accounting have assumed the new name as of November 1, 2018.

The company-wide name change and rebranding comes as technological capabilities, user adoption, and client demands have advanced. Level 10 Technology has simultaneously evolved, transforming from a “break-fix” and a “computer repair” shop to a regional IT services and cyber security provider over the past 5 years. As IT has grown to play a strategic role in organizations across size and industries, Level 10 has seen a complete evolution of its technology offerings, providing proactive solutions that monitor and maintain client networks to mitigate downtime, and react quickly, should a disaster arise.

The solution suite Level 10 Technology carries today and plans to expand, focuses on physical and network security; including data backup and recovery solutions, email security, a full suite of Microsoft products, employee security training, advanced threat protections, dark web monitoring and numerous other cloud offerings.

Rebranding comes after record growth for the past 2 years. It appears that shutting down the retail side of the business has allowed a more concentrated focus on the core business. To date, the decision is paying off with increasing revenues continuing to climb year over year.
