Sessions Explain How Cohesity Software on Certified HPE Servers Empowers Enterprises to Simplify Data Management and Make Data More Productive

SAN JOSE, CA – June 13, 2019 — /BackupReview.info/ — Cohesity today announced that it will lead two speaking sessions at HPE Discover 2019, taking place from June 18 to 20 in Las Vegas, discussing how customers can utilize certified joint solutions from Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) and Cohesity to address one of the biggest challenges facing IT today: mass data fragmentation.

With mass data fragmentation, massive volumes of data used for backup, archiving, testing and development, file shares, and object stores sit in infrastructure silos that don’t integrate and can be incredibly challenging and time-consuming to protect and manage. This fragmentation can also increase costs and pose significant compliance risks. Cohesity empowers organizations to consolidate these silos, simplify backup and make data more productive through a unified data management platform that spans seamlessly across on-premises, cloud, and edge environments.

The sessions will feature Cohesity Principal Technologists Chris Colotti and Michael Letschin, who are both part of the company’s Technology Advocacy Group, and Cohesity Principal Solutions Architect Tim Powers. These sessions build on an OEM partnership announced between Cohesity and HPE last year. Through this partnership, HPE offers best-of-breed solutions that combine the web-scale simplicity and efficiency of Cohesity software with the power and density of industry-leading HPE Apollo and HPE ProLiant servers, unlocking new opportunities to make enterprise data more productive. The joint solutions are available directly from HPE and its channel partners worldwide, streamlining customers’ purchasing, deployment, and support experience through a single trusted partner.

Cohesity is also sponsoring the HPE Discover Storage Customer VIP Reception on June 18, offering conference attendees a chance to network with cocktails and music at Intrigue nightclub in the Wynn Las Vegas Resort. Space is limited and those interested in joining must RSVP for the event on the Cohesity website.
