“We’re finishing a year of record growth, and ramping up for another strong financial year as we  continue our growth curve with demand across the globe,” said Jaspreet Singh, founder and CEO, Druva. “As we scale all aspects of our business, from operations to execution, consistent delivery of an unparalleled customer experience is critical to long term success. Chris and Matt will not only play a vital role in identifying new opportunities to expand our business, but also ensure we continue to introduce new ways to delight our passionate customers that have helped make us the industry leader in cloud backup and recovery.”

White brings extensive domain experience combined with a diverse sales background, ranging from supporting inside sales and focusing on strategic accounts, to leading direct and channel sales at multiple companies including ADP, Hitachi, Proofpoint and Veritas. Chris was most recently at A10 Networks, where he served as the executive vice president of worldwide sales. In his role at A10 Networks, he was responsible for managing and growing A10’s global sales organization, sales operations and business development.

“Druva recognized the potential of cloud early on and has built the most comprehensive SaaS solution for data protection,” said White. “I’m incredibly excited to be part of the fastest growing company in the industry. Our next phase of growth will center around our channel play, international expansion and continued US adoption of our ever diversifying product offering.”

Lindeman brings more than 25 years of leadership experience building service teams and optimizing customer success. Lindeman joins Druva as Chief Customer Officer from Signifyd, where he served as senior vice president of customer success, overseeing all aspects of customer management, including professional services, customer success and global support. While at Signifyd, Lindeman built and managed a global team that drove best-in-class adoption and retention in addition to outstanding net promoter scores. Prior to joining Signifyd, Lindeman was the vice president of customer success at GuideSpark and held various leadership positions during his tenure at Brocade and Hewlett-Packard.

“Investing in customer success and creating an exceptional customer experience sets market leaders apart from the rest,” said Lindeman. “It was clear to me coming into Druva that the team is passionate about the customer’s entire experience from every interaction and touch point. My objective now is to build on this foundational success by going even further to improve and enhance how the customer interacts with us here at Druva.”

White and Lindeman are the latest to join Druva’s executive team as the company focuses on continuing its rapid growth and expanding its global presence following its achievements and  milestones in 2019, including surpassing $100 million in annual recurring revenue and being recognized in Deloitte’s Fast Technology 500 for the fourth consecutive year. The company has welcomed several other industry leaders in the last several months, including naming Jung-Kyu McCann as new general counsel and Stephen Manley as chief technologist in October.
