As the Vice President of Partner Sales for Latin America, Costa plays a vital role in the leadership and growth of Arcserve throughout the region. Since successfully leading the company’s divestiture from CA Technologies in Latin America, she has steered Latin America through a variety of important initiatives, including re-positioning the Arcserve brand in more than 30 countries and launching six products. Most recently, Costa effectively positioned Arcserve’s cloud portfolio and the launch of the company’s new Appliance 9000 Series – now available in a “made in Brazil” version for Brazilian partners and customers driving significant growth in this new portfolio.

Massey joined Arcserve in 2014 to head up marketing for key countries in EMEA and now leads channel marketing for the region. She has implemented and successfully led critical milestones for the company, serving as an integral part in successfully launching its Appliance and Cloud Solutions in addition to standing up the first channel marketing strategy for EMEA. Most recently, Massey re-architected Arcserve’s channel engagement to enhance the company’s overall partner experience, with new partner-designed campaigns and promotions, optimized communications, and the development of new partner resource packages.
