Webair Announces Recapitalization of the Business

GARDEN CITY, N.Y., Jan. 11, 2021 — /BackupReview.info/ — Webair Internet Development Company, Inc. (“Webair”), a leading provider of cloud-agnostic orchestration services and disaster-recovery deployments, today announced that Crest Rock Partners (“Crest Rock”), a Denver-based private equity firm, joins Webair as an investor in the Company. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Founded in 1998 and headquartered in Garden City, New York, Webair specializes in the management of complex managed private and hybrid cloud solutions and data protection.
