The annual list honors outstanding female executives across vendor channel organizations, distributors, solution providers, and other women prominently involved in the IT channel ecosystem for their successes and the far-reaching impact they are having on the technology industry going forward. In addition, Foster was recognized on the Channel Up-And-Comers list, giving special recognition to rising-star female executives at companies across the channel.

Nalick, with Arcserve since 2010, leads the Arcserve Channel Sales Team, managing and supporting more than 1,200 active partners (Corporate Resellers/LARs, Solution Providers/VARs and MSPs) across North America. Most recently, she built foundation for Arcserve’s new Global Partner Program and launched an exclusive relationship with Ingram Micro to bring new focus and commitment to channel partners.

With Arcserve since 2008, Foster is responsible for marketing across the Americas, including distribution and channel marketing, demand and lead generation, and social media marketing. With a focus on growing the channel business through innovative programs, campaigns, and offerings, Foster most recently launched Arcserve’s next generation unified architecture, Arcserve UDP, and led the 2014 Arcserve Partner Summit, which was attended by 120 strategic partners.
