From accountant and financial analyst to entrepreneur and go-to-market strategist, Mike Lees’ professional journey has armed him with a unique set of skills and perspective which he brings to his role as CMO at Metalogix. Prior to joining the company, Lees served as CMO at WealthEngine where he was responsible for all elements of marketing strategy – including product marketing, demand generation, and corporate marketing. Prior to WealthEngine, Lees held the position of Vice President Enterprise Business Line at IntraLinks, where he was responsible for go-to-market strategy for IntraLinks’ Enterprise, Platform and Emerging business lines. Previously, Lees held senior marketing management roles at Software AG and webMethods. Lees also founded and served as CEO of Cerebra, where he successfully secured multi-million dollar VC funding rounds, grew the company to a market leadership position and then led the company through an extremely positive acquisition by webMethods. He also founded and served as CEO of Network Inference, where he negotiated successful transfer of technology, secured multi-million dollar funding and again led the company to a market leadership position. Lees commenced his career in the financial world, serving as a Technology Fund Manager and Technology Analyst at CIS; as well as an Accountant at KPMG.

With over 20 years of experience across all facets of technology sales and team management, Nathan Trenzinger brings an admirable breadth and depth of expertise to his role at Metalogix. Prior to joining the company, Trenzinger held the position of Sales Director for Mimecast where he was responsible for leading the European sales force, as well as developing key strategic channel partners across the region, which led to year-over-year growth of over 20 percent. Prior to Mimecast Trenzinger served as Vice President of US/EMEA Channel Sales at AvePoint, where he led the Partner/Alliance Sales Program and distributed Partner Management team. While at AvePoint, he was responsible for doubling the average deal size, doubling partner generated revenue in the U.S. in just one year, and growing partner generated revenues from $1 Million to more than $10 Million in EMEA in just three years. Prior to AvePoint, he held senior level sales and sales management positions with EMC, Quest Software, Computer Associates (CA), Quorum Systems and IBM.
