Cohaesio to Become a Part of Sentia Group, Consolidating its Market Position in Denmark

Cohaesio and Sentia Group today announced a definitive agreement where the enterprise arm of Cohaesio becomes part of Sentia Group

COPENHAGEN, Denmark – March 5, 2018 — /BackupReview.info/ — Cohaesio, a leading IT outsourcer in Denmark, and Sentia Group, a European leader in business-critical application management, today announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement, under which Sentia Group will acquire the enterprise arm of Cohaesio Group, firmly consolidating Sentia’s presence in the Danish market.

With this announcement, Sentia Group will gain the exceptional competencies Cohaesio holds in Microsoft cloud technology, allowing for consolidation of its presence in existing markets, as well as broadening its services beyond the current customer base. The partnership will create a unique set of competencies within the managed cloud services space, providing the market with industry-leading quality of managed IT solutions. The acquisition of Cohaesio supports Sentia’s strategic plans of further accelerating the Group’s growth.

Globally, businesses are facing multiple infrastructure challenges as they seek to respond to increasing demands from customers and shareholders, and pressures to drive continued cost efficiencies while at the same time meeting growing regulatory requirements.

“With Cohaesio as a part of Sentia Group, we will be able to provide a rich set of cloud infrastructure solutions and capabilities to increase the agility and efficiency that our customers demand,” says Ian Zein, Sentia Group CEO.

Sentia Denmark will, going forward, focus on cloud innovation, providing the highest level of security and compliance infrastructure to its clients, through a stable delivery model granted by the support and backing of the centralised competence centres.

Morten Felsvang and Frederik Schouboe will, following the agreement, focus exclusively on their Cloud-2-Cloud backup software business Keepit.com. As part of this agreement, Cohaesio Group will change its name to Keepit Group.
