NAKIVO concludes Q1 2020 with an increase of quarterly revenue of 46% in the Americas region, as the company continues to grow in the backup and disaster recovery market for physical, virtual, cloud and SaaS environments worldwide

In Q1 2020, NAKIVO achieved the following:

Revenue: In Q1 2020, NAKIVO’s revenue in the Americas grew by 46%. Of the total revenue, 60% came from the EMEA region, while 33% came from the Americas and 8% came from the Asia-Pacific region. In Q1 2020, NAKIVO saw the highest revenues in the United States, Germany and Italy.

NAKIVO’s revenue grew more than 100% QoQ in India, Russia, South Africa, Ecuador, United Arab Emirates, French Polynesia, Dominican Republic, Malta, Sri Lanka, Mali, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Finland and Slovakia.

Customers: In Q1 2020, the company’s customer base grew by 38% worldwide compared to Q1 2019. The number of new customers grew by 42% in the EMEA region, by 31% in the Asia-Pacific region and by 28% in the Americas. As of now, NAKIVO has nearly 15,000 customers in 142 countries worldwide, and has expanded into Benin, Guam, Martinique, Uganda and Uzbekistan.

Some examples of customer success stories include: GCA Telecom (NAKIVO Helps Telecommunication Service Provider Centralize their Environment), Wahiawa General Hospital (NAKIVO Saves Hawaiian Hospital Thousands of Dollars) and IEMN (Water Management Institution Selects NAKIVO to Ensure Continuity of Services).

Enterprises are choosing NAKIVO Backup & Replication as their preferred data protection solution, with 12% of new deployments in Q1 2020 vs. Q1 2019. SMBs are also deploying NAKIVO Backup & Replication, with a significant growth rate of 46% in Q1 2020 in comparison to Q1 2019.

Technology Partners: In Q1 2020, NAKIVO delivered its solutions via technology partners with continued success, as more enterprises and SMBs chose to install NAKIVO Backup & Replication on hardware from technology partners. Particularly, ASUSTOR NAS installations grew by 53% in Q1 2020 vs. Q1 2019, while QNAP NAS installations grew by 39%.

Solution Partners: In Q1 2020, 317 new solution providers joined the NAKIVO Partner Program and now offer NAKIVO products to their enterprise and SMB customers. As of now, NAKIVO has partnered with approximately 5,000 software solution providers across the Americas, Europe, Africa, the Middle-East and the Asia-Pacific region. Solution partners from Bahamas, Cameroon, Ghana and Gibraltar joined for the first time in Q1 2020.

Cloud Providers: NAKIVO’s Cloud Provider Program enables managed service, cloud services and hosting providers to deliver backup-as-a-service (BaaS), replication-as-a-service (RaaS), and disaster-recovery-as-a-service (DRaaS) to their customers. In Q1 2020, the number of cloud providers grew by 28% vs. Q1 2019 and the first cloud provider from United Arab Emirates teamed up with NAKIVO.
