GLASGOW, Scotland – November 20, 2020 — / — iomart is proud to announce that it has achieved re-certification for four important ISO accreditations, demonstrating that we ensure industry best practice across our business on behalf of our customers.

iomart underwent rigorous audits from UKAS accredited certification body Alcumus ISOQAR for our data centre operations our offices, our customer-facing teams and our management processes.

The re-certifications are for the following ISO standards:

  • ISO 9001: Quality Management Systems
  • ISO 27001: Information Security Management
  • ISO 22301: Business Continuity Management
  • ISO 14001: Environmental Management Systems

iomart was also audited successfully for the latest service management certificate ISO 20000: 2018 which is for Information Technology Service Management Systems.

ISO 9001 demonstrate a company’s ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and enhances customer satisfaction.

ISO 27001 demonstrates that a company has met the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving an information security management system.

ISO 22301 demonstrates that a company meets the requirements to implement, maintain and improve a management system to protect against, respond to and reduce the likelihood of  disruption.

ISO 14001 demonstrates that a company is seeking to manage its environmental responsibilities in a systematic manner that contributes to the environmental pillar of sustainability.
