SpiderOak Hires Jeremy Feinberg as New Chief Financial Officer

Jeremy brings a wealth of experience in the technology sector to SpiderOak, having led various finance teams for the last 15 years.

Prior to joining SpiderOak, Feinberg served as the Vice President of Finance at ClearShark, an information technology firm specializing in sales to the federal government and maintains active top secret clearance from his work with the intelligence agencies.

As CFO, Jeremy will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of SpiderOak, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic planning.

Jeremy holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Franklin & Marshall College and earned his MBA with a concentration in corporate financial management from American University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
