Expanded Demand Leads to New Training Offerings

WOBURN, MA – May 12, 2014 — /BackupReview.info/ — Acronis®, the global leader in new generation data protection, announced today the expansion of its Acronis Certified Engineer (ACE) Training & Certification courses in response to heightened demand for its secure access, sync and share solutions and enhancements to its AnyData Engine.

After significant interest from the Acronis Partner community, Acronis has added a brand-new, in-depth technical training and certification course called Acronis Certified Engineer for Acronis Access. The course focuses on two main products: Acronis Access and Acronis ExtremeZ-IP®. Specifically, Acronis Access provides secure access, syncing and sharing for the enterprise, while ExtremeZ-IP seamlessly integrates Macs into Windows server environments.

The company has also made significant changes to its current training, Acronis Certified Engineer for Acronis Backup, to account for recent changes in naming, licensing, and application support.

The two-day training courses provide partners with a deep-dive into planning, installing and managing these solutions through hands-on labs that give the attendees a close look at the technology and use cases.

Upon completion of the certification exam, each participant receives accreditation, gains sales and technical expertise, and earns the opportunity to reach higher levels in Acronis Partner Program including increased margins, deal registrations, and rebates.

“Opal welcomes the Acronis Access Certified Engineer training as it positions resellers like Opal to be recognized as mobility experts in the field of secure access to enterprise content, file sync and sharing. This is a huge challenge today for UK companies’ mobile workforces who are using multiple devices to access corporate data. Acronis mobility specialists are passionate and committed to providing the best-in-breed solutions for customers and this certification will enable them to assure their customers that they are the best-in-class first call when it comes to implementing a Security Policy for mobile workers.”
