Australian businesses are able to report ransomware attacks to the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission, which operates Scamwatch statistics show that the number of reported Ransomware and Malware threats in Q2 2015 increased 31% from Q1 2015 to 1239 incidents, with total financial losses increasing 25%.
