As part of the partnership, Rubrik’s brand will be prominently displayed on the Unicorn’s team assets and uniforms, throughout the season.

This partnership follows the announcement of the Unicorns’ schedule and a 2024 roster featuring explosive batters Finn Allen and Matthew Short, express bowler Haris Rauf, and future superstar Jake Fraser-McGurk of Australia. For the second successive season, the Unicorns will be coached by two-time Indian Premier League (IPL) Player of the Season Shane Watson.

The 2024 Major League Cricket season will commence on July 5, with San Francisco Unicorn’s first match coming on July 7, when they take on the LA Knight Riders at Grand Prairie Stadium,  in Grand Prairie, TX.

All six teams in the league will vie for the title of sophomore season champion, to be crowned in the Championship Game on Sunday, July 25.
