Code42 Names Mike Stankey to Board of Directors

Enterprise cloud executive brings more than two decades of experience to Code42 as company continues strong momentum in the endpoint data protection and governance market

Minneapolis, MN – Sep. 3, 2014 — /BackupReview.info/ — Code42, the leader in endpoint data protection and management, today announced that Mike Stankey, president and chief operating officer (COO) of Workday, Inc. (NYSE: WDAY), has been elected to serve on the company’s board of directors.

Since 2009, Stankey has served as president and COO for Workday, a leading provider of enterprise cloud applications for human resources and finance. Prior to Workday, Stankey was an operating partner at venture capital firm Greylock Partners, overseeing a portfolio focused on next-generation enterprise technologies. He also previously served as chairman and chief executive officer (CEO) of PolyServe—where he was instrumental in negotiating the company’s 2007 sale to HP—and held senior roles at PeopleSoft, including senior vice president of North American sales.
