Comcast Invests in Palm Beach County Network to Expand High-Speed Fiber Optic Ethernet, Internet Services

Multi-million dollar network enhancement means faster speeds for local businesses

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – February 18, 2015 — /BackupReview.info/ — Comcast Business (Nasdaq: CMCSA, CMCSK) announced today that it is investing millions of dollars in network enhancements in Palm Beach County to expand its high-speed fiber optic Ethernet and Internet service options for area businesses, schools, hospitals and other organizations where business operations demand a high-performance network. The new fiber-based Ethernet network is capable of delivering speeds up to 10 Gigabits-per-second (Gbps). These upgrades will support the area’s thriving business climate, which recently lead Forbes Magazine to name West Palm Beach as the top city in Florida for business and careers.
