Cybersecurity awareness kit offers advice to prevent downtime and risks this Business Continuity Awareness Week

BCAW, which is 15-19 May 2017, is intended to raise awareness about business continuity and resilience following both high-profile and smaller incidents that threaten businesses. ITS’ cybersecurity awareness kit reveals that 40 per cent of organisations experienced a data breach in 2016 failed a compliance audit, and how only 13 per cent felt that their business’ data and network were safe from insider threats. It also offers advice on the top three ways to prepare for any security breach, and information on why education is key and the real value of personnel data theft.
