Continuum Expands Online Training Program to Selling and Business Best Practices to Help Partners Improve Their Sales Process and Increase Sales Opportunities

BOSTON, MA – Feb. 13, 2017 — / — Continuum U, the self-paced, interactive online learning center at Continuum®, the exclusive provider of the only vertically integrated IT service delivery platform that enables MSPs to scale rapidly and profitably, is now offering the sales training course, “Selling Managed IT Services.” The new course is specifically designed to help Continuum partners to optimize the sales process and unleash their sales potential including helping to gain confidence and motivation to sell managed IT services. It also addresses the demand for engaging with new clients as MSPs look to grow their business.

The new course consists of three main units: 1) Setting the Foundation, 2) the Power of the Continuum Platform and Partnership and 3) Selling Managed IT Services. Unit 1 discusses the SMB market and how to define the value of managed IT services. Unit 2 reviews what Continuum’s IT management platform, coupled with the power of the Continuum partnership, has to offer. Unit 3 details the three core phases of a managed IT services sale, what to do at the first meeting, how to assess the environment and make recommendations, tips for closing the deal and what to do after the sale.
