Subscription-based data protection falls within the category of cloud-based managed services. As one of the industry’s leading providers of secure backup software, Asigra offers a low-touch, cybersecurity-enabled cloud-based data recovery software, backed by a large installed base of public, private, and hybrid cloud backup deployments worldwide. Designed for MSPs, Asigra’s cybersecurity-enabled platform optimizes the backup process using a hybrid cloud approach to protect end-customer data. The company’s software is flexible enough to fit into any environment, simple to install and manage, but most importantly, prevents bad actors from infecting and deleting backups.

Unlike all other backup solutions on the market, Asigra Cloud Backup is a converged data protection/cybersecurity platform for cloud-based managed backup delivery. The software ensures safe, secure and reliable backup and data recovery with the industry’s first zero-day Attack-Loop™ preventative technology using bi-directional malware detection, zero-day exploit protection, variable repository naming, and multi-factor authentication (MFA) for a full defensive suite against advanced cyber threats.

“Today’s MSP requires a smarter and more efficient approach to minimize operational overhead and infrastructure costs associated with IT service delivery,” said Eran Farajun, EVP, Asigra. ”As highlighted in the ESG report, cloud-based managed services provide that, helping MSPs benefit from this highly efficient and profitable service delivery model.”
