NAKIVO completes Q3 2021 with revenue growth of 144 percent in the Asia-Pacific region, as the company continues to achieve success in the backup and disaster recovery market for physical, virtual, cloud and SaaS environments

In Q3 2021, NAKIVO achieved the following:

Revenue: NAKIVO’s revenue in the Asia-Pacific region grew by 144% in Q3 2021, compared to Q3 2020. In Q3 2021, of the total revenue, 48% came from the EMEA region, 33% came from the Americas, and 19% came from the Asia-Pacific region. The largest sources of revenue in Q3 2021 for NAKIVO were the United States, Germany, and Taiwan.

NAKIVO’s revenue grew more than 100% QoQ in Australia, Curacao, Denmark, Finland, French Polynesia, Guatemala, India, Latvia, Malta, Nepal, Taiwan, Ukraine, Argentina, Barbados, Ghana, Jordan, Norway, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and others.

Customers: Presently, NAKIVO has over 20,000 paid customers in 162 countries. The customer base grew by 23% in Q3 2021 vs. Q3 2020. The number of new customers grew by 25% in the EMEA region, 24% in the Asia-Pacific region, and 17% in the Americas. For the first time, firms from Malawi, Paraguay, and Belize became NAKIVO customers. Enterprises are continuing to select NAKIVO Backup & Replication as their preferred data protection solution, with new deployments growing by 22% in Q3 2021 vs. Q3 2020.

A sample of customers in Q3 2021 includes National Chung-Shan Institute of Science and Technology, Ministry of Economic Affairs Taiwan, Universal Merchant Bank, City of Loveland, First Atlantic Bank, Town of Sudbury, University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, and others.

Some examples of customer success stories in Q3 2021 include Cyllene (NAKIVO Helps IT Service Management Company Meet SLAs), Lakes Grammar (Australian School Switches to NAKIVO and Saves 60% on Backup Costs) and the Greater Grace (Hungarian School Relies on NAKIVO for Smooth Daily Operations).

Technology Partners: In Q3 2021, NAKIVO successfully delivered its solutions via technology partners, as more enterprises and SMBs chose to install NAKIVO Backup & Replication on partner hardware. Particularly, NETGEAR ReadyNAS installations grew by 108% in Q3 2021 vs. Q3 2020.

Solution Partners: Currently, NAKIVO has 6,500 software solution providers as Partners across the Americas, Europe, Africa, the Middle-East, and the Asia-Pacific region. In Q3 2021, 197 new solution providers joined the NAKIVO Partner Program and now offer NAKIVO products to their enterprise and SMB customers.

Managed Service Providers: NAKIVO’s Managed Service Provider Program enables managed service, cloud, and hosting providers to deliver VM backup as a service (BaaS), VM replication as a service (RaaS), and VM disaster recovery as a service (DRaaS) for their customers. In Q3 2021, the number of managed service providers grew by 90% vs. Q3 2020 and for the first time, managed service providers from Guatemala, Romania, and Ukraine joined the partner program.
