Charles Love has been working in IT support and consulting since 1997. Previously, he was working on his FAA A&P Airline Mechanic Certification. Charles’ role includes developing new and streamlined processes for all of Untangled Solutions’ offerings and solutions. Charles’ daily focus is the operational duties revolving around back end customer systems, including Help Desk, NOC services, RMM tools, billing systems, backup systems, cloud farm and various other customer facing cloud based products. Bruce Nelson started his career in public accounting and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) consulting with a focus on the implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics GP solution.
