The N-able silver award for Sales Training or Coaching Program of the Year was received for the Sales Enablement team’s commitment to revamping the onboarding program for new Sales Development Representatives. Following feedback, the program was rebuilt to include additional support including hands-on learning, a dedicated mentor, and early indicator milestones to ensure new representatives have the necessary support required to complete the training.
