“In terms of backups, we rely on a daily and weekly approach. Every night, we are able to back up our servers in a few hours. Only cloud backup is more time-consuming as it depends on internet performance. However, we are currently thinking of applying direct access functionality to the cloud provider in order to improve performance,” says Daniel.

“I enjoy the simplicity of the web interface and the level of automation NAKIVO Backup & Replication provides. I spend only a few minutes every day checking the web portal and email notification system. In the past, I have contacted the technical support and sales teams and both were responsive and efficient in communication. I once had an urgent question, and I received a solution in the shortest amount of time,” says Daniel.

“The minimal amount of time is usually only spent during the internal audit and on the recovery of entire VMs. Even in this case, we launch instant VM recovery, and in a couple of minutes, we receive a recovered VM. Overall, the product requires minimal time and effort from our side,” says Daniel.

“We appreciate how NAKIVO Backup & Replication is fast and easy to use, especially during an urgent issue, such as the recovery of an entire VM. NAKIVO Backup & Replication also helped us once tremendously with VM replication when the integrated VMware tools just simply did not work. We were able to quickly create a VM replica and power it on. We switched to NAKIVO Backup & Replication due to ease of management, and since we saved time on management, we also saved money, in a sense,” says Daniel.
